Professional Summary
Dr. Chou joined Eastern Michigan University in 2001. Prior to joining EMU, he was a professor (1998-2001) of BCIS at St. Cloud State University, an Associate Professor (1992-1998) and Assistant Professor (1998-1992) at West Texas A&M University. Dr. Chou has published more than 170 papers in the fields of information systems. He is the Editor-in-Chief for the International Journal of Information Systems and Change Management (IJISCM) and the International Journal of Management Theory and Practice (IJMTP). Currently, he serves as an Editorial Board member for five academic journals. Dr. Chou’s leadership experience including President of Southwest Decision Sciences Institute (SWDSI) in 2007-2008, President of Association of Chinese Management Educators (ACME) in 2000-2001, President of International Chinese Information Systems Association (ICISA) in 1997, Vice Chair of IEEE Panhandle section in 1998, and others.
