College of Business Alumni
The faculty work hard at maintaining connections with our alumni. We value their insight and enthusiasm in working with us to continuously improve the quality of our programs. Many times our alumni becoming recruiters at their own places of employment and return to campus to select graduating students to work with them.
Some alumni have established chapters with the EMU Alumni Association.
Accounting Chapter was founded in 1992. Annual activities include a summer Golf Scramble with alumni, faculty and friends (the 16th annual golf outing will be in late June 2010) and an Alumni Gathering each Fall (the 30th annual Gathering is Friday November 20, 2009 in the Livonia Marriott) . Alumni also join the Beta Alpha Psi/Accounting Club students at their tent at the Fall Homecoming football game and in a suite at a basketball each Winter.

Master of Business Administration Chapter was formed to cooperate with the EMU Alumni Association in promoting the interest and welfare of EMU among its graduates and former students and to encourage and coordinate activities of these graduates and former students.
Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development Chapter was formed to facilitate mentoring relationships and practicum opportunities between alumni and current MSHROD students. Each Fall and Winter semester the chapter publishes a newsletter as well and these can be viewed here.
